All cancellations must be made through our official channels:
Cancellation requests are processed only during business hours (9 AM to 9 PM). Requests received after hours will be processed the next business day.

International cards may take 10-15 business days.
Security deposit refund is separate from booking cancellation:
1. Cancellation time is calculated based on scheduled pickup time.
2. Public holidays and weekends are included in cancellation period.
3. Partial refunds exclude any promotional discounts applied.
4. Free delivery charges are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after vehicle dispatch.
5. Same-day bookings cannot be cancelled (emergency exceptions apply).
